To improve your experience: Increase water intake 24 hours prior (unless medically restricted), Keep your body warm before the appointment, Avoid excessive caffeine before your draw and inform us of any previous successful sites.
Patient safety is always our priority. We limit attempts according to professional standards of care. If access cannot be safely obtained, we will discuss appropriate next steps, which may include rescheduling after hydration.
To respect all clients scheduled time, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • A no-show is defined as a missed appointment without prior notice. If our provider arrives and the appointment cannot be completed due to patient absence or inaccessibility, the visit may be billed as a completed service.
  • If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate minor delays, significant delays may require rescheduling.
  • For mobile services, please ensure the address provided is accurate and accessible at the scheduled time. If the provider is unable to access the location or complete the service upon arrival, applicable fees may apply.
  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. We understand that emergencies can occur—please contact us promptly so we can assist you accordingly.
  • Upon scheduling your appointment, you will receive a confirmation call the evening prior outlining your appointment details. Should there be any delays or changes to your scheduled time, you will be notified promptly by phone. Please ensure a valid and accurate phone number is provided at the time of booking. If we are unable to reach you to confirm your appointment, it will be subject to automatic cancellation. We are committed to maintaining clear, timely communication to ensure a seamless and dependable service experience.
